State of Florida based on the sales price.
Proceeds to Seller Calculator
This calculator can be used to determine the Seller's Net Proceeds from the sale of property.
The calculator assumes that the Seller is paying the premium associated with providing an Owner's
Title Insurance Policy and related fees.
Refinance Calculator
This calculator can be used to determine the Title Insurance premium and fees for related services for a
refinance transaction. Rates are based on the loan amount and a credit is available if there is a prior
Owner's Policy of Title Insurance held by the current owner.
Buyer Closing Costs Calculator
This calculator will give provide an estimate of closing costs to the buyer.
The calculator will calculate the owner’s title fees if the buyer is responsible for
title fees per their contract. If the buyer is not responsible for the owner’s title policy
premium then the calculator will determine fees in connection with the loan policy only.
A good portion of the data needed for input should be obtained from the loan officer’s Good Faith Estimate.
