Donna K. Hukalowicz
 |
Donna K. Davis Hukalowicz is originally from Georgia and is one of six in a military
family with Marine Corp pride. Sports, music and church were all a large part of her
life growing up and still is today. She is the proud mother of Charles Brian Hukalowicz
that will be part of the 2009 graduating class of Braden River High School.
Donna attended the local community college and moved to Palm Beach County in 1979 to
further her education and to study marketing management.
After completion of her studies, Donna began her career with a local appraisal firm
in West Palm Beach, FL and later moved with her family to Manatee County in the early
80’s and continued to work with experienced FHA and VA appraisers gaining more knowledge
in the real estate field.
Donna transitioned into mortgage banking for a few years which ultimately lead her
into the title insurance industry. She has worked for several local title insurance
agents, one of which 11 years was spent gaining knowledge of the business, rules and
regulations at the highest level.
Donna enjoys first time home buyers due to their extreme excitement to home ownership
and treats every closing as if she were the buyer or seller. Living simply as– treating
others as she would want to be treated.
